Phone Calls

Be very cautions with phone calls! Your computer will never generate issues that will tell anyone to call you and help you repair them. (unless you are paying for managed services) Anyone who calls you and says your computer is having problems and you should let them remote in and help you, THIS IS SCAM!! No matter who they say they are. IE: "I am with Microsoft". Never let them Remote into your computer and do not give them your card information!
